Araiya Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Earth Weavers Builders & Developers to announce the first serviced apartment project in the scenic setting of Dhokawade, Alibaug, creating a new service offering in the popular holiday destination. Araiya Waterfront Alibaug, Serviced Apartments by Earthweavers will comprise 24 apartments overlooking the lake, with ocean views from the higher floors. With steady progress in design development and execution, the property is all set to open its doors to residents and visitors in time for the summer season in 2024.
A unique development that brings together the best of second homes with a hotel experience in the form of serviced apartments, Araiya Waterfront Alibaug will feature amenities operated by hoteliers. As per the agreement with Earthweavers, Araiya Hotels & Resorts will be responsible to deliver the best of its hospitality, delivering best-in-class amenities, sustainable design, and practices along with access to the sales and distribution network, customer relationship management and higher occupancy and daily rates.

The signing will mark the sixth Araiya property to be developed in India and the first under the serviced apartment category.
