Bhoomi Group’s Project ‘Simana’ Gets Pre-Certified Green Gold Rating

Bhoomi Group’s Project ‘Simana’ Gets Pre-Certified Green Gold Rating

‘Simana’, an ultra-premium luxurious residential project of the Bhoomi Group has received the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) pre-certified GOLD rating. This project consists of high-rise towers of 43 & 53 storeys, spread across an urban oasis of 5.38 acres of land situated in Mumbai. The project consists of 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK bespoke palatial apartments.

Samyak Doshi, Director, Bhoomi Group said, “We are honored and delighted to have received the IGBC Gold Pre-certification for our project ‘Simana’. Today, global warming is a real concern the world over, and we all need to do our bit in reducing its ill- effect on our environment. ‘Simana’ has been conceived keeping this concept of sustainable living in mind, where residents just don’t invest in a home but more importantly invest in health, wellness of mind-body and for a more holistic living experience.”    

Some of the salient project features include insulated rooftops to reduce energy usage and wastewater treatment plant. More than 75,000 sq. ft. of open space on the ground level, provision for EV charging points. Apartments are designed for maximum ventilation and natural light. Advanced MIVAN formwork technology ensures durability and faster construction with an accurate and smooth finish. German Reckli design on the exterior façade to beautify the structure and elevation.

‘Simana’ is surrounded by major upcoming infrastructural development projects such as Trans- Harbour Sea Link, Sewri- Worli Elevated Corridor (SWEC) and Mumbai Eastern Waterfront project.

Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Pre-certification is awarded to a project based on the green measures considered during design which include sustainable architecture and design, site selection and planning, water conservation, energy efficiency, building materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation and development.
