Gyproc India Opens Industry-First Skill Training Center at ITI Wada

Saint-Gobain Gyproc India announced the inauguration of the ITI Wada Skill Training Center, which is aimed at equipping students with future-ready skills in Drywall and False Ceiling trades. This initiative reinforces Gyproc India's commitment to creating a highly skilled workforce tailored to meet the growing demands of the construction industry. This marks Gyproc India's 10th Skill Training Center and its first collaboration with a Government ITI.

Developed in collaboration with the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Wada, this centre is set to redefine vocational training by providing structured learning that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements. With rapid advancements in construction technology and a rising demand for skilled professionals, the initiative will prepare students for high-growth career opportunities while elevating industry standards. Through theoretical instruction and hands-on training, students will gain proficiency in the latest methodologies, materials, and tools essential for success in the modern interior and construction landscape. By investing in this skill-building initiative, Gyproc India is empowering individuals and contributing to the long-term sustainability and efficiency of the industry.

Gayatri Ojha, VP of Sales & Marketing, Saint Gobain Gyproc India, said, "The ITI Wada Skill Training Center is a milestone in our mission to foster skill excellence in the industry. By providing industry-aligned training, we are shaping the next generation of professionals and setting new benchmarks in sustainable construction practices. At Gyproc, we believe in empowering individuals with the right expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in the sector."
