JK Cement has marked a significant milestone with the foundation stone laying ceremony of its Prayagraj grinding unit in Uttar Pradesh recently. The state-of-the-art facility will boast a production capacity of 2.5 million tpa and an investment of around Rs 500 crore.
This technologically advanced unit underscores efficiency, sustainability, and environmental responsibility while generating employment opportunities for the local community.
The new plant propels JK Cement towards its goal of achieving 25 million tpa grey cement capacity by FY25 and a future expansion plan targets 30 million tpa. With existing operational units in Aligarh and Hamipur, this strategic capacity expansion further solidifies JK Cement’s position in serving diverse markets.
