Mahindra Rural Housing Finance (MRHFL), a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services and home finance companies serving rural and affordable areas throughout India, has recently expanded its portfolio in Kerala.
In seven places in the state, MRHFL would provide housing loans in the affordable housing segments. Kochi, Calicut, Kannur, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, and Thodupuzha are the towns and cities where MRHFL’s affordable and rural housing loans would be instantly available.
At these places, customers can now obtain rural and affordable home loans ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 50 lakh. With over 60,000 home loan clients served throughout Kerala, Mahindra Rural Housing Finance has effectively served the rural housing industry for more than 12 years. With its inexpensive housing options, which may be accessed by clients in rural, semi-urban, and metropolitan areas, the company is growing its product line in the state.
