Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd., India's fifth-largest cement group, has launched its second Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) plant in Nagpur. The plant is located at Kamptee Road, Nagpur-II, which significantly enhances the company's ability to meet the growing demand for high-quality building materials in the region.
The newly launched plant is about 27 km from Nuvoco's Nagpur-I Mihan plant. It is positioned to cater to the city's increasing demand for concrete in industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. Its prime location near Kapilansh Dhatu Udyog Ltd. on the Srinagar-Kanyakumari Highway ensures excellent connectivity to major areas, including Nagpur city, Koradi, and Bhandara Road. Additionally, its proximity to raw material supply zones like Panchgaon and Hingna will streamline operations and ensure a reliable supply chain for concrete production.
The Nagpur-II plant has a production capacity of 90 Cum/hour and is equipped with a Twin Shaft Mixer enabling the creation of a wide variety of concrete grades. Nuvoco will develop value-added goods under its trusted trademarks, including XCON (expert concrete mixes), CONCRETO (self-compacting and high-strength solutions), ECODURE (green concrete), ARTISTE (decorative concrete floors), and INSTAMIX (ready-to-use bagged concrete).
