OCL India to merge with Dalmia Cement

OCL India, a subsidiary of Dalmia Cement Bharat, has approached authorities to merge Dalmia Cement East with itself for consolidating operations in the eastern parts of the country. “We have approached appropriate authorities for the merger of Dalmia Cement East with OCL India which looks for eastern operations of Dalmia Bharat,” CEO and Director of OCL India, Amandeep said. The combined capacity is for the Dalmia Cement Bharat is 25 million tonnes.
