Otis India revives Employees Mental Health
Otis India has organised a Well-being Program for employees and their families to help deal with the emergence of new stressors arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is facilitated by an external professional agency. It aims to help employees navigate through the new normal which includes elements like the feeling of working in isolation or working remotely, lack of external stimuli, ability to stay motivated, being able to stay emotionally connected while social distancing, all of which are arising out of the remote working arrangements or working in isolation.   Based on a virtual online platform, the program will provide employees and their families the ability to connect with professional psychological counsellors through phone counselling, chat, email or face-to-face video counselling as required. Suma PN, Director, Human Resources, Otis India said, “Otis India is committed to provide all possible support to our employees during this challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from the employee Well-being Program that addresses holistic well-being, we have also introduced a range of online learning programs to keep our employees motivated and engaged.”
