Solex Energy Limited has launched two advanced solar modules engineered for Rajasthan’s extreme climate and high-irradiance zones, marking a strategic expansion in one of India’s most solar-intensive regions. The launch event in Jaipur brought together key partners, banking representatives, and Solex’s leadership team, including Chairman & MD Chetan Shah, Whole-time Director Piyush Chandak, and Director Vipul Shah.
The first product, Tapi R, is India’s first rectangular cell module powered by N-Type TOPCon technology, delivering a power output of 595–625 W and 23.14% module efficiency. Featuring 132 half-cut rectangular cells, it offers enhanced energy yield, thermal tolerance, and low-light performance. Designed for both rooftop and utility-scale installations, Tapi R comes with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance guarantee.
The second product, the Tapi Series, is an N-Type dual-glass module with a 570–595 W output and 144 half-cut cells, achieving 23.03% efficiency. Its dual-glass design ensures higher mechanical strength, PID resistance, and durability against Rajasthan’s heat, dust, and UV exposure. Like Tapi R, it’s backed by long-term warranties and built for sustained performance.
Speaking at the launch, Chetan Shah emphasized Solex’s commitment to customer-centric innovation, stating that the new modules are designed not just for efficiency, but for resilience and reliability under real-world conditions. He added that Solex is expanding its partner network and local team in Rajasthan to enhance customer engagement and technical support.
With this launch, Solex reinforces its position as a trusted solar brand, offering climate-resilient, high-performance solutions that align with India’s renewable energy goals.
