Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (BSE: 542760; NSE: SWSOLAR) announced on Wednesday that it has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major solar EPC project in Gujarat. The 225 MW (AC) grid-connected solar PV project has been awarded by a leading PSU developer on a turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction basis.

Commenting on the development, Chandra Kishore Thakur, Global CEO of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, said, “We are thrilled to announce our first domestic order of FY26 from a very reputed PSU developer and continue to build on our strong position in the Gujarat market. Our domestic pipeline remains very robust and we are confident of building on this order win.”
