TACC Partners NCB to Advance Sustainable High-Performance Concrete

TACC Limited is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB) as a strategic step toward developing sustainable, durable, and high-performance concrete using TACC’s graphene-based additives.

Graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice, is renowned for its exceptional strength, conductivity, and lightweight properties, with applications across electronics, energy storage, coatings, composites, construction materials, and textiles.

Leveraging TACC’s innovation and NCB’s expertise, the partnership aims to - Integrate graphene’s properties into concrete to enhance strength, durability, and overall performance and Promote low-carbon construction solutions, aligned with India’s vision for net-zero emissions and climate action

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in building next-generation construction materials, paving the way for a more efficient, sustainable infrastructure landscape in India.
