Waaree Solar Americas, the US arm of Waaree Energies, has secured an order for supply of 599 MW solar modules. The company stated that the order has been placed by a renowned developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States.
The supply of modules is scheduled to take place in the calendar year 2026. The latest win follows a recent 586 MW solar module order won by the company.
Waaree Solar Americas Inc. recently announced the expansion of its solar module manufacturing facility in Brookshire, Texas. The facility currently operates at 1.6 GW capacity and will be expanded to 3.2 GW.
