Berger Paints posts 14.7 per cent increase in Q4 profit
Berger Paints has recorded a 14.7% increase in its profit for the fourth quarter of financial year 2016-17. The company’s profit stood at Rs 105.5 crore during the said period. Revenue from operations and other income during the quarter was Rs 1,254.2 crore, an 8.7% increase over the corresponding period year ago. The pain manufacturer’s net revenue increased by 8.2% during the financial year 2016-17 and stood at Rs 5,104.99 while its net profit increased by 27.8% during the same period. The company has recommended dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity share of Re 1 each for the financial year 2016-17.
