Gurgaon-based RDash, a vertical SaaS platform for the construction and fit-outs industry has announced plans to onboard 2000 construction companies across design and build firms, retail chains, the banking sector, and developers by FY25. RDash has invested $4 million to date and plans to invest an additional $12 million by the end of FY25

Alongside this expansion, the platform aims to hire over 100 individuals, including software engineers, Project management & Enterprise Consultants for its Gurgaon office and expanding team in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The platform also looks to aggressively invest in strengthening this Digital ecosystem of construction businesses that adopt RDash.

Established in April 2022, RDash transforms construction management, providing enhanced project visibility and streamlined collaboration. It supercharges the productivity of construction professionals, offering real-time updates on project progress, seamless information sharing, and easy identification of potential issues through a user-friendly mobile app. RDash’s Project Management and collaboration tool deeply caters to the industry’s workflows and helps businesses in the construction industry (Developers, Contractors and Design & build companies) to collaborate & deliver projects faster and within budget.

Commenting on the expansion plans, Puneet Bansal, Co-founder, RDash stated “We play a crucial role in assisting construction businesses by providing a digital assistant for not only the management teams but also all individuals involved in project delivery. In real estate projects, communication gaps often lead to delays and misunderstandings. RDash fills this void by facilitating seamless coordination between subcontractors, ensuring timely updates and accurate cost tracking, ultimately streamlining project execution and fostering positive relationships”

“With 250+ Organisations using RDash so far, micro construction networks have already started forming on the platform wherein a developer using RDash invites their regular contractors and a General contractor signing up for the platform brings its clients & subcontractors. Due to this inherent demand for digitisation & deep support provided by our team in their digitisation journey, we have seen 90% retention in the last 6 months - in an industry where technology adoption has been a serious challenge. This bolsters our plan to further invest in technology & enterprise digitisation teams for a 10x growth in the construction ecosystem on RDash." he added.

Since its inception, RDash has successfully onboarded 250+ construction businesses that have managed 3000+ projects on the platform worth more than 1000Cr so far. These Businesses include ICICI Home Finance, AU Small Finance Bank, Hometown, Incuspaze, Simpliwork, Livguard, Meghe Group, Whitehill Interiors, KSV Infra, Avyukta Corporate Solutions, Studio Swap, Hanto, Varma Group, Foid, DevX, Kona Kona Interiors, Bumada, Abacus Design Studio, Brand Kettle, and Dio Gracia.
