Sterlite Power Appoints Godrej’s Ruhie Pande As Chief HR Officer
Sterlite Power has appointed Ruhie Pande as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer with immediate effect. She will oversee the HR division including strategy, talent, and culture, alongside the group’s Managing Director Pratik Agarwal. Assuming her new role, Ruhie brings over 20 years of HR leadership expertise. She has core experience encompassing various sectors including financial services, real estate, fashion retail, information technology and FMCG. Prior to her appointment, she served Godrej Capital as CHRO, Kaya Limited in the capacity of Vice President and Head of HR and Training, and Marico as Head of HR. Pande is an accomplished HR leader and has received several awards and recognition including, CHRO Asia’s 100 Most Influential HR Leaders in India. Welcoming Pande in this leadership role, Agarwal said, “We are excited to welcome Ruhie Pande as the Group CHRO.
