Ultratech Acquire 26% Equity Share Of Clean Max Terra Pvt Ltd
Ultratech Company has entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement to acquire 26% equity shares of Clean Max Terra Private Limited, a company engaged in generation and transmission of renewable energy. The acquisition is for the purposes of meeting the Company’s green energy needs, optimising energy cost and comply with regulatory requirements for captive power consumption under electricity laws. M/s Clean Max Terra Private Limited is a company having registered office at 13A Plot-400 Peregrine Apt., Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, 400025, Maharashtra, India and is a special purpose vehicle (“SPV”) for setting up 50 MW AC / 75 MW DC solar power project, on a captive basis, at Saraipali Village, Mahasamund District, in state of Chhattisgarh.
