Dubai-based DAMAC Properties has unveiled a novel real estate project called DAMAC Casa, featuring luxurious accommodations and virtual reality scuba diving simulators. This water-themed architectural wonder is situated in the Al Sufouh area.

In an exciting innovation, the developer plans to introduce one of Dubai’s pioneering scuba simulators, which will provide a range of virtual reality experiences. These immersive experiences will transport users to various underwater destinations, including the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and even the mysteries of space.

Developers say the tower is inspired by the lotus flower and offers expansive water views. Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC, said: “We are proud to present our latest offering, DAMAC Casa, which adds another feather to our portfolio of unique, luxury towers.

“With every detail thoughtfully crafted, the tower reflects our vision of providing unparalleled experiences to our discerning clientele. Drawing from our years of experience and feedback from our community, this addition exemplifies the essence of what we stand for as a company.”

Situated close to DAMAC’s Cavalli Tower, DAMAC Casa boasts a “Flying Island” centrepiece, with luxury units featuring circular outdoor terraces and offering 270-degree water views.

The tower will feature oasis-inspired retreats with the pools transforming into an island oasis surrounded by lush greenery. It also includes The Aqua Spa, with treatment rooms seemingly floating on water, providing an ethereal relaxation experience.

The pools at DAMAC Casa will be enveloped by lush palm gardens, and the tower itself will be adorned with aquatic art. Additionally, a dedicated kids’ play area will provide children with a platform to unleash their creativity in an aquatic setting, with their underwater artwork showcased on digital screens in the lobby.

To enhance the island living experience, a relaxing chill-out lounge will be incorporated, while the concept of a 360-degree transparent glass pool is currently under consideration.

Within DAMAC Casa’s public spaces, there’s a deliberate focus on immersing both residents and visitors in an underwater ambiance, achieved through digital elements that create aquatic effects. The walkways will be designed to evoke the feel of an indoor beach.

The tower will offer a range of apartments, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxury units, as well as 3, 4, and 5-bedroom super luxury apartments, each of which will have its own private elevator. Notably, each super luxury unit will feature its own private pool, imparting a distinctive oasis-like atmosphere.
