Palm Jumeirah Mansion Becomes Most Expensive Home Sold in Dubai
The Casa Del Sole mansion by Alpago Properties was sold for AED 302.5 mn, becoming the most expensive home to be sold in Dubai. The mansion, which was sold in July, is located on Palm Jumeirah Islands, and is the latest real-estate record as the city’s luxury property sales surge. Casa Del Sole, which is still partially under construction will be completed in early 2023 and will feature eight bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The mansion will also include a gym, cinema, bowling alley, jacuzzi, and a basement car parking that fits 15 vehicles. It is one of six villas developed by Alpago on the Palm Jumeirah. The cheapest of those sold for AED128 million, according to the firm. The mansion was bought without a mortgage. The mansion is built on Frond G of the tree-shaped artificial island Palm Jumeirah and stands on a stretch of land known as Billionaires’ Row. These economic reforms have reaped benefits primarily in the real estate market. “We developed six villas and have nearly sold all of them,” Murat Ayyildiz, Founder and Chairman at Alpago Group said.
