To begin with, we strategically choose locations in LEED certified buildings, providing private and flexible spaces to accommodate diverse businesses. Recently, we have also introduced coworking spaces at our centers.

Recognizing the modern workforce's desire for flexibility and well-being, we have introduced our exclusive Zen Room to meet these demands. Additionally, we offer collaborative nooks for small team meetings, collaborations, and communication, along with focus rooms designed for tasks that require laser precision. The future of flexi-workspaces looks promising as the industry is expected to grow by 13% - 18% over the next decade. As a leader in providing innovative workspace solutions, we anticipate sustained growth with an increasing preference for flexibility and adaptability.

What are your company's growth and expansion plans for the next coming years?

Over the past 10 years, our growth has been impressive at an annual CAGR of 32%. We aim to not only sustain but surpass this pace. Currently, we're in the process of raising capital and have partnered with Maple Advisors for our Series B funding.

In the next three years, we plan to increase our space to over 1 million square feet. Additionally, we're set to enter new markets like Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai. To support this expansion, we are looking to secure growth capital of around 200 crores.
