WHAT’S HOT IN THE NOIDA REAL ESTATE SCENE

The geographical limits of Delhi's National Capital Region (NCR) have always changed as time has gone on. Regardless of how remote they may seem from Delhi's main city, new areas are included in the NCR designation with each passing era. Not just geographically, the region witnesses a huge influx of people migrating to the city in search of jobs and to build a better professional and personal network. A large number of businesses are also traveling to the capital and establishing themselves here, taking advantage of the area's strategic location. Due to the growth of businesses and people, people are looking for new locations nearby that they can use to expand the region and establish new hubs.

One of these up-and-coming hubs is the city of Noida. Although it technically falls under the jurisdiction of the state of Uttar Pradesh, it has been viewed as a continuation of Delhi. Many multinational companies and new businesses are slowly taking over the Noida Expressway and the nearby areas, making it one of the most profitable regions to invest in as a real estate enthusiast. But true investors do their research and plan their investments based on where the profit would be higher. According to recent statistics, here are the five trending areas of interest for investors: 

Sector 75 - This bustling sector has seen an upward surge in demand since the Delhi Metro’s Blue Line was introduced in Noida. As an added bonus, this sector also lies close to the Aqua Line, which exclusively runs around Noida. This area provides easy and convenient Metro connectivity while also providing great access to major highways and arterial roads. 

Sector 76 - Right next to Sector 75, this area of Noida is also as sprawling as the former. Well connected with the Blue and Aqua Lines as well as connected to major important roadways, a lot of the real estate projects have already seen visible success in terms of both residential and commercial properties. 

Sector 120 - This posh locality in Noida is another must-check for those looking to invest. The area is fully developed, with good connectivity to the Aqua and Blue lines, as well as access to the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway, one of the most crucial roadways in the Delhi NCR region. Possession of most of the real estate in this sector is complete. 


Sector 137 - This is one of the most bustling localities in Noida currently. Situated by the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, this region has become a hub for major commercial and residential activities. Many posh residential societies have come up in the locality with easy access to the highway and Metro lines. The commute to Delhi is also less of a hassle from here and there is a brilliant infrastructure to depend on. 

Sector 134 - This area lies opposite Noida’s Sector 137, on the other side of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This region is as bustling as the previous sector, with many commercial and residential projects in full swing. Sector 134 also boasts brilliantly developed infrastructure, along with expressway and metro access. But it also has the added advantage of providing affordable housing right along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, making it highly sought after among investors looking for residential properties.
