5 Mumbai Projects Receive SWAMHI Last-Mile Funding
Five residential projects in Mumbai are among the first 18 projects approved by the Ministry of Finance for last-mile funding from the Centre’s alternative investment fund for stressed real estate projects. The Special Window for Completion of Construction of Affordable and Mid-Income Housing fund, managed by SBI Caps, will provide funding for Lodha Group’s Upper Thane, Naman Group’s Naman Premier in Andheri (East), CCI Projects’ Rivali Park in Borivali, Vayuputra Builders and Infrastructure’s Gem Paradise project in Andheri (West), and Bini Builders’ Winspace Amelio project in DN Nagar, Andheri (West).
