Amar Mysore Elected President of CREDAI Bengaluru for 2023–25

Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises has been elected as President of CREDAI Bengaluru for 2023-25. This leadership change comes as CREDAI Bangalore aims to further enhance its contribution to the real estate industry and promote sustainable growth. He will work to fulfil the aspiration of various stakeholders.

“It’s truly an honour and privilege to accept the position of CREDAI Bengaluru President. On one hand it is very exciting as I discharge my responsibilities as President and on the other hand, I have some big shoes to fill as it comes with decades of great leadership by the past Presidents, and I hope to create an impact. I would also like to place on record my appreciation for the wonderful work done by the outgoing President, Bhaskar, and his team.” Amar Mysore said.

Amar Mysore graciously accepted his new role as President of CREDAI in the presence of industry stalwarts like Mr. M R Jaishankar Chairman of Brigade Group and Mr. Irfan Razack CMD of Prestige Group along with Mr. Balakrishna Hegde, MD of Chartered Housing and Mr. Nagaraj Reddy from Zonasha Estates & Projects.

The first event held under the new president’s aegis was the maiden CREDAI Women’s Wing (CWW) South Zone Meet held over the weekend. The event was organised and coordinated by Anjana Sastri, South Zone Secretary CWW and Director Marketing, Sterling Developers, along with Grishma Reddy, Coordinator, CWW and Director Concorde. The meet emphasized the fact that women possess an incredible ability to approach projects with empathy, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail. As part of the CWW South Zone Meet, a thought-provoking panel discussion was held, featuring industry leaders. Ms. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, shared her valuable insights on the future of the real estate industry and the importance of gender diversity in leadership positions. The CWW Meet was designed to foster learning and explore advancements in artificial intelligence to empower women in the industry and encourage their participation in critical roles while emphasizing the importance of skilling in the real estate sector. Emphasizing CREDAI’s commitment to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the real estate community.
