Ashiana Housing Ltd Launches Phase-2 of Ashiana Ekansh Project in Jaipur
Ashiana Housing Ltd launched Phase -2 of its premium project, Ashiana Ekansh at the Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur post witnessing an overwhelming response for Phase –1. The project has been launched in association with land partner Agarwal Marble Group. The company plans to invest Rs 108.54 cr. in phase -1 and 55 cr in phase 2. Phase 1 will get completed and ready for possession by 2026 and phase 2 by January 2027. Apartments will be developed keeping in mind people preferring modern living and modern utilities. Hence, apartments will have utility spaces and will house premium specifications such as cove provision in the master bedroom & drawing/dining, slip-shield tiles in balconies, large size vitrified tiles, wall-hung WC, glass curtain in the master washroom and many more.
