Awfis Expands Presence in North India with New Centres in Gurgaon & Noida
Awfis, India announced the expansion of its operations in the National Capital Region with the introduction of two new centres Suncity Success Towers in Gurgaon and Knowledge Boulevard in Noida, offering a total of 85,000 sq ft of space with 1,400 seats. This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for flexible and collaborative workspaces in the region. The centre at Suncity, Gurgaon is spread across 40,000 sq. ft and has 650 seats, while the centre at Knowledge Boulevard, Noida spans over 44,000 sq. ft with 700 seats. The centres feature the latest awfis design version 5.0 which balances modern with minimalistic, incorporates natural light and biophilic elements creating an atmosphere which promotes collaboration and enhances employee well-being.
