Amidst the surging demand for co-living spaces, FF21, a leading premium co-living operator, is poised to expand its presence in Bangalore. In the current fiscal year, they plan to introduce approximately 2000 new beds across 3-4 strategic locations within Bangalore, while also working on an expansion beyond the city. Presently, FF21 operates six properties in various Bangalore neighborhoods, including HBR Layout, Kundanahalli, Mahadevapura, ITPL, and Thubarahalli, collectively accommodating around 1500 residents. FF21, a startup known for its dynamic and community-centric co-living spaces, is geared towards catering to the needs of young working professionals. Their offerings encompass not only comfortable private and shared occupancy rooms but also a vibrant community living experience. Co-living spaces have gained traction due to the growing demand from young professionals, driven by the rise of hybrid work models. Acknowledging this evolving demand, FF21 has devised an ambitious expansion strategy. Ajay Nemani, CEO of FF21, expressed, "In response to the increasing demand for co-living spaces, we are targeting an expansion of around 2000 beds in the current fiscal. Presently, we operate in six locations within Bangalore, and we are actively exploring opportunities to extend our presence to three to four additional locations within the city. FF21 offers fully furnished private, shared, and studio rooms that are professionally managed.
