Dr. Dheeraj Dogra Promoted As CSMO of MVN Infra
Dr. Dheeraj Dogra an Indian American Real Estate and Retail veteran with over 30 years of experience in business development has recently been promoted as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of MVN Infra a diversified group with interests in Real Estate, Infrastructure Development and Education in both North and South India. Dr. Dogra has worked with global retail chains like Macy’s, Bloomingdales and Bed Bath & Beyond in the US. He has also held leadership roles with developers like DLF, Ansals Api, Omaxe, Srei Infra, M3M, and Express Avenue. Dheeraj was also associated with BNP PARIBAS Real Estate as their National Director of Retail and Shopping Centre Advisory Services for India. Dheeraj is a Chartered Surveyor and an MRICS. He graduated from Emeritus (MIT, Columbia & Tufts) as a global ivy scholar and has a Masters certificate in CRM from The City University of New York. He also holds an Advance Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. A Bharat Gaurav Awardee for his efforts in advocacy of sustainable development by the Govt. of India, Dheeraj has been nominated and won several awards including Employee of the year award at Macy’s. He has been adjudged “Best Retail Minds in Asia” eight years in a row by Asia Retail Congress. Dheeraj was recently conferred with one of the most admired global Indians award in Asia by Asia Africa Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Dheeraj was the only practicing real estate professional finalists for the position of Chairman Haryana RERA.A keen believer in giving back to the society and community, Dheeraj a 9/11 veteran of the auxiliary police department for the city of New York. He is on the mentor board of NEXUS, US Dept. of State sponsored startup incubator in India. He is also an Assessor board of RICS London, world’s largest and oldest professional body that sets professional standards for the built environment. Dheeraj is also a member of the “World Smart City Council”.
