Gera Developments Launches Their Largest Commercial Project
Gera Developments has launched Gera’s latest commercial project Gera’s Imperium Gateway. The much-awaited project is located in PCMC and in another first, has a direct link to the Bhosari metro station, Nashik phata; housing Pune’s first metro-connected offices. Strategically located, it offers easy access to Mumbai, Nashik, and Pune City. The project has received a phenomenal response, with over 700 units being sold within just 45 days of sale after receiving the MAHA - RERA approvals. Gera’s Imperium Gateway is the 10th project in Gera’s highly successful Imperium series of commercial projects. Spread across 11.5 acres, the unique project has a mix of offices, retail and F&B spaces and is Pune’s first project with metro-connected workspaces. The project is designed to offer customers many options to unwind after work with ample F&B spaces and cafes, all within the project premises. The remarkable design is the outcome of a design partnership with the UK’s leading architecture firm, Benoy, a multi-award-winning international Architecture, Master planning, Interior, and Graphic Design Studio. The project is spread over 3 buildings, with 2 floors dedicated to retail.
