Glorious Finale Of 16th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards - East 2024

Setting the tone of the proceedings of the day, in his Inaugural Address of the day Dr.Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief Chairman, exchange4media & BusinessWorld Media Group said, “We all are in a sector that has grown in the last three years. Real estate is here to stay. In the coming years India will produce more real estate billionaires.” The first panel on Kolkata Real Estate: Future Trends & Insights brought highlighted the emerging dynamics in real estate sector in the eastern part of the country. The speakers spoke about the growth story of Kolkata – West Bengal emphasising on the opportunities, advancements and competition in the city when it comes to real estate. The next panel Sales & Marketing Proven Strategies For Business Growth was attended by Abhijit Das, Senior Director – East, Knight Frank India, Aninda Das, Vice President – Marketing, Infinity Group, Maneesh Gaur, VP Sales & Marketing, Emami Realty Limited., Mayank Singh, Co-Founder, Kaarryam Realty, Rahul Bansal, Co-founder & CEO, Propacity, Rohan Shah, Co-Founder, Realatte, Sanjay Goyal, Founder, GFS Realtors. The speakers spoke about how customer is the key when it comes to sales and marketing strategies for growth in business and the strategies for sales and marketing keep changing with time. The next panel on Rise Of Proptech: Transforming India’s Real Estate led by Parvez Khalid, Associate Executive Director, Advisory and Transaction Services, CBRE, had speakers Alok Agarwal, Founder, Farvision ERP, Apurva Salarpuria, Director, Salarpuria Group, Pawan Kumar Agarwal, Director, NK Realtors, Yashaswi Shroff, Home Buying Scientist, Alcove Realty. They spoke about the way technology has evolved in real estate, how new techniques are being used for smart projects, AI being a bridge in the sector. With technology, data and analytics are available today which can be used for planning at early stage. The fourth panel on Investing In Kolkata: Evolving Funding Landscape was moderated by Hardeep Lamba, Managing Director, North & East India, Land & Capital Market, Cushman & Wakefield. The speakers spoke the challenges for investors looking at opportunities in Eastern India especially West Bengal, the government policies that need to be revised to attract investing in the state of Bengal. The final show Inspiring Success Stories had two eminent building design and construction sector experts Architect Abhishek Dutta, Principal Architect & Partner, ArcOn Design and Santanu Dutta Gupta, Associate Director, Market Development, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), in conversation with Sapna Sirvatsava, Editor Realty+ . They shared their views on how architecture is all about understanding a person, a client, the true meaning of sustainability in buildings and also shared that while a person shapes a building, the building in return shapes the person too.
