HSIIDC Auctions For Four Land Parcels In Gurugram Fetch Rs 500 Cr
Recently, the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) organized auctions for four prized land parcels in Gurgaon, fetching an impressive total of Rs 500 crore from three leading developers. Eldeco successfully secured a 2.7-acre plot for Rs 110 crore, Trehan Iris acquired two adjacent parcels totaling 5.08 acres for Rs 190 crore, and Conscient secured a substantial 5.56-acre tract for Rs 200 crore. The auctioned land parcels, strategically located in Sector 80, signify a promising future for residential developments in Gurgaon, according to Mudassir Zaidi, Executive Director at Knight Frank India, who provided advisory services to Eldeco and Trehan Iris for the transactions. Aman Trehan, Executive Director at Trehan Iris plans to develop a premium residential project on the newly acquired plots. Eldeco Group, already holding 8.5 acres in the same sector, aims to develop a luxury group housing project. Conscient Infrastructure, having previously acquired a 6.6-acre land parcel, continues its expansion endeavours in Gurgaon.
