India will see its tallest skyscraper erected in Mumbai by UK-based SRAM & MRAM Group. The multi-use building will have 110 floors and constructed in the city’s Parel-Sewri area. Architect Venkat Pillai of Venkat Pillai Design Studio has been roped in as the designer of the luxurious project.

The skyscraper, which will be India’s tallest with 110 floors, will house offices, shops, a mall, a 50-key hotel, a 50-bed specialty hospital, serviced apartments. In addition to these, the tower will also have a gymnasium, heated swimming pools, recreation centre, a 50-seater movie theatre, and banquet hall, according to the company.

"This will not be just an accolade for the work that we have done so far but personal victories of our different teams and founding members who envisioned the group to reach to this pinnacle of success of giving a country first of its kind structure. We are excited would be an understatement to say," said SRAM & MRAM Group Director Raghav Kapur.

SRAM & MRAM Group Vice Chairman Gurujee Kumaran Swami highlighted how they are proud of their team and work as they add “uniqueness to the structures we build”. "Giving cities and countries a flavour of something new is what we aspire for, always. We are looking forward to giving life to the country's tallest building," Swami noted.
