Keystone Realtors to Develop Project in Mumbai’s Mahim in JV
Keystone Realtors has entered into a JV agreement with Raj Doshi Exports to develop a project on the land measuring approximately 6,067.96 sq mts in Mahim, the company said. Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of the company said, “This agreement aligns with our expansion strategy and helps enter one of the growing micro markets in the city.” The development being undertaken will lead to sale potential of approximately 2.85,000 sq ft of carpet area. The project is expected to be launched in CY 2023.
