Lodha Group to Enter Into Alliances to Undertake Joint Development Projects

Lodha Group, listed as Macrotech Developers expects to enter into alliances to undertake joint development projects with a combined gross development value of Rs 15,000 crore in the current financial year 2022-23.

Of this, the company has already entered into three such partnerships in the June quarter to jointly develop projects spread over 5.1 million sq. ft. feet area with a gross development value of nearly Rs 6,200 crores.
