Myntra leases 3 lakh sq ft space from IndiQube
Myntra has leased three lakh sqft office space from workspace solutions provider IndiQube, in what is the online fashion retailer’s maiden venture into flexible office spaces, said two people familiar with the matter. The lease, signed in October and valid for five years, will see the Flipkart brand shift its entire workforce from its existing office near Kudlu Gate, close to Electronic City, to this new facility which can house about 2,600 people. The facility, on Outer Ring Road, is close to the Embassy Tech Village where Walmart owned Flipkart is based. It’s part of the US company’s plan to integrate all its business facilities, the people mentioned above said. Myntra confirmed that it’s relocating to a new premise soon but didn’t provide more details.
