NBCC Actioned South Delhi Commercial Space For Rs 272 Cr

NBCC (India) Limited, has e-auctioned 61,000 square feet of commercial built-up area in Ayurvigyan Nagar, South Delhi for Rs 272.68 crore. Grid Controller of India Ltd., a PSU under the Ministry of Power, has bought the space for Rs 36,000 per square feet.

Ayurvigyan Nagar area, which is well-connected to major transportation networks and is at the heart of Delhi's business district. This commercial space, part of the redevelopment project by NBCC for the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi, is designed to meet the highest standards of modern infrastructure Named “Grande Rue,” the project has three levels of basement parking with a capacity of 150 cars and ground+3 storey structure for commercial use.

The proceeds from this sale will be used for the construction of housing for the faculty and staff members of AIIMS Delhi. This initiative not only addresses the housing needs of AIIMS employees but also contributes to the overall development and upliftment of the Ayurvigyan Nagar area. “This project, Grande Rue, is set to become a landmark in South Delhi, reflecting our dedication to excellence in urban development,” said KP Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC.
