This strategic acquisition, located in Sohna bolsters NDR's robust presence in one of India's largest consumption markets. The acquisition encompasses an expansive 18-acre project strategically positioned along the Sohna-Balabgarh Road, further reinforcing NDR's strong foothold in the NCR region. This marks the company's fourth venture in the area, with a notable focus on the thriving micro market of Sohna, complementing their established presence in Sarita Vihar and Bilaspur Tauru road. As phase I of the project slated for completion within 6 to 8 months, NDR aims to deliver the entire project within a year, highlighting their commitment to timely execution and operational efficiency. This acquisition incurred a substantial investment of INR 42 crores. With a legacy dating back to 1986, NDR Warehousing has evolved into a premier warehousing powerhouse in India, offering unparalleled quality industrial and distribution centres across the country at cost-effective rates. Currently, NDR owns and operates over 15 million square feet of warehousing space, with an additional 4 million square feet under construction.
