New IT Park of about 1.10 Lakh Square Metre Coming Up in Indore
A new IT Park of about 1.10 lakh square metre is coming up on the campus of the Crystal IT Park that will be offered to tech firms on lease and rental basis according to MP Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) Indore. MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited (MPIDCL) has proposed to develop the third phase of ‘IT Park’ in 2.5 acre land on Indore’s Ring Road. Total saleable area in the upcoming IT Park is about 65,000 sq mt and the estimated cost of development is Rs 393 Crs. As per the proposal, ‘IT Park–III’ will be developed in around 59,000 square metre area and of this, IT offices will be given around 9,300 square metre area while remaining space will be available for other commercial activities. A provision is proposed for a 4/5 stars hotel of around 55 rooms. The booking to sell the office space on 30 years of lease will soon be started.
