Prestige Estates Clocks Record Collections of INR 50,752 mn, up 9% YoY
India’s one of the leading real estate developer, Prestige Estates, has announced its results for the period ending 31st March, 2021 & Q4FY21. During FY21, The Group has registered highest ever sales of INR 54,608 mn, up 20% YoY and has clocked record collections of INR 50,752 mn, up 9% YoY. The sales have come from 8.16 mn sft volume with an average realization of INR 6,689/sft Irfan Razack, Chairman, Prestige Group “We are delighted to announce our robust FY21 performance across the board.
