Provident Housing large-scale community developers, will host the Provident Bengaluru Home Habba at JP Nagar. On offer are large discounts and waiver of charges, which could drop the price of homes by up to Rs. 9 lakhs.

Visitors to the Habba can browse through 11 Provident projects across Bengaluru, Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai and Mangaluru. In addition, plotted development projects by Purva Land will also be showcased.

As part of the celebrations, Provident customers can expect various offers. Extra charges applicable on premium locations, floor rise and clubhouse membership will be waived. In addition, car parking charges will also be waived for customers who purchase property during the three days.

Mallanna Sasalu, COO of Provident Housing Limited, said, “Homebuyers in Bengaluru have evolved in their preferences when buying homes. Customers today want sustainable, well-designed homes that provide them more value for every rupee spent. Provident recognises this, and we have worked hard to maximise our designs to ensure that every customer gets unparalleled value and knows exactly what they are getting for the money they spend. The homes on offer at Bengaluru Home Habba present an incredible opportunity for home buyers and investors with so many discounts being announced.”

Bengaluru Home Habba, first conceptualised and launched in 2017, is held in neighborhood convention halls to cater to customers from those micro-markets. The previous edition, held last year near Mysore Road, saw over 500 visitors. This time around, the three-day housing festival will be held at the Sindhoor Convention Hall in JP Nagar, located close to the Sarakki Junction metro station. Homes starting from Rs. 39.99 lakhs will be showcased. From studio apartments to 1-3BHK homes, our projects are in the pre-launch, ongoing and ready to move in stage.
