On the 75th Independence Day, the real estate sector has come out with offers to instil further confidence in the market. Some prominent offers include assured return, 25:75 payment plan, and a free rental period. Realtors feel that the market is buoyant, especially after the second wave, and it requires extra efforts from the developer community to ensure that buyers have something to celebrate in these challenging times. Noida-based Mahagun Group has offer under which the Group is offering 25:75 plan.
