Shriram Properties Acquires 100% Equity Shareholding in Three Companies
Shriram Properties has acquired 100% equity shareholding in three companies namely ‘Shriram Living Spaces’, ‘Shriram Upscale Spaces’ and ‘Shrivision Elevation’ thereby they have become wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The 1,000 equity shares of Shriram Living Spaces, Shriram Upscale Spaces and Shrivision Elevation have been acquired of Rs 10 each, the company said in the regulatory filing. The new subsidiary companies will be utilised to launch new projects or to have new JDA. Shriram Properties is one of the leading residential real estate development companies in South India, primarily focused on the mid-market and affordable housing categories.
