WeWork India Adds More Buildings In Bengaluru & Hyderabad

In line with its commitment towards long term growth and expansion, the largest and leading flexible workspace provider in India - WeWork India announced the signing of lease agreements for two new buildings - Manyata Redwood in Bengaluru, and RMZ Spire in Hyderabad. Set to open in the next few months, both buildings are strategically located in thriving tech hubs, and will redefine the workspace experience for professionals and businesses alike. By collaborating with two of the most esteemed landlords in the country, WeWork India is further strengthening its position as the leading flexible workspace provider.

Spanning three floors, Manyata Redwood is located within the vibrant Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru and offers a vast workspace of over 117,000 sq. ft. accommodating over 1,700 desks. It is well-connected through the Outer Ring Road, and easily accessible via the Baiyappanahalli Metro Station. The building is surrounded by various dining and recreational spots, including the Hilton, a food court, an amphitheatre, and an outdoor sports zone, and the airport 30-minutes’ drive away. WeWork India is further expanding into these micro markets after witnessing significant success for their offerings in these markets.

Both buildings will be equipped with an array of modern amenities, including a community bar, conference rooms, phone booths, pantry, F&B market, mother’s room, and game room. WeWork India’s flagship property in Hyderabad, RMZ Spire in HITEC City is spread approximately across 154,000 sq ft with four floors, accommodating nearly 2,220 desks.

Nestled within Hyderabad's IT corridor, it has seamless connectivity to key landmarks of the city such as Inorbit Mall, ITC Kohenur, IKEA, Westin Hotel, and Medicover Hospital. Members can easily access the building via the Raidurg Metro Station, with the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport a short 45-minute drive away.
