WeWork India Leases Embassy One & Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub in Bengaluru

In line with its commitment towards long-term growth and expansion, leading flexible workspace provider - WeWork India announced the signing of lease agreements for two new buildings namely Embassy One & Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub. 

Located in Bengaluru, the workspace at Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub spans over 3,10,000 sq ft, while Embassy One is spread across over 52,000 sq ft. The lease agreements are a testament to the potential created by the rising demand for flexible workspaces in India. They showcase WeWork’s dedication to providing workspaces at prime locations tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and large enterprises alike.

Set to open later this year in December, Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub is located on Outer Ring Road, and houses over 5,000+ desks spread over eight floors. Embassy One is located between two key business districts on Bellary Road with a capacity of over 600 desks across two floors. Offering a wide spectrum of flexible workspace solutions, WeWork India has entered into an operator model at Embassy One, showcasing the strength of the brand in the market.  

On the other hand, Kalyani Roshni Tech Hub has been leased in collaboration with the Kalyani Group, a leading real estate developer in the market. Nestled in Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, the building is within close proximity of multiple tech parks, making connectivity and commute simpler. Both workspaces are conveniently accessible and provide members with world-class amenities while creating a conducive work environment.
