Wework India Partners With Panchshil Realty For Managed Offices In Pune

Through this collaboration, WeWork India and Panchshil Realty will offer Managed Office space solutions in Pune’s recently opened two buildings - Eleven West, and The Golden Bell. Located in Baner and Koregaon Park Annex respectively, the buildings collectively offer across 4 lac sq, ft. of well-lit, sustainably designed office spaces, including nine floors in Eleven West, and seven floors in Golden Bell. The buildings have ample parking spaces, landscaped recreational spaces, as well as easy access to F&B and retail outlets.

Managed Office offers ready-to-move-in private offices and flexible workspaces, with global standards design, safety, community and culture. 

With end-to-end solutions from sourcing, building, designing and operating the space, managed offices allow large enterprises to create a space that reflects their unique style. Currently, WeWork India manages over 7 lac sq ft of managed office space, ranging from 300 to 5000 seats.
