WSB Forays Into Warehousing Sector Acquires Land In Delhi NCR

WSB Real Estate Partners (WSB), an institutional Investment manager, managing a cumulative AUM of INR 2,200 Cr+ along with its affiliates, has announced its foray into the Warehousing sector.

WSB’s inaugural project will come up on a 16 acre land parcel on NH71 in Delhi NCR. This environment friendly, sustainable, self-sufficient and state-of-the-art Grade A warehouse park will have a development potential of ~360,000 square feet with a total investment of ~INR 110 Crores. 

WSB envisions expanding its presence in the warehousing space and engaging with credible developers across key metro cities of NCR, MMR, Chennai, Bangalore as well as select non-metro cities. Diligence is underway for another 3-4 deals cumulatively worth ~INR 500-700cr,which it anticipates closing in the coming quarters.

The park is situated in the Industrial cluster west of Gurugram, the Farrukhnagar- Jhajjar-Luhari belt, which houses major retailers, 3PL, e-commerce, and industrial occupiers. The 360,000 sf development is slated to complete construction by March 2025. With sustainability at its core, the park is poised to attract blue-chip retailers and large 3PL/industrial operators, aligning seamlessly with WSB's long-term vision for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing.
