Zeassetz’s Record Sale of 200 Units of Co-Living Project by Brahmacorp

Zeassetz, residential investment platform has achieved a sales record of 200 units which is 84% of their co-living project Townhouse by BrahmaCorp at Balewadi. On business performance in the Q4 of FY 22-23, Zeassetz has clocked quarterly sales of around Rs 21 crore and expressed confidence in achieving that number next quarter as well.

The Townhouse by BramhaCorp project is spread across 1.2 acres comprising residential units, retail shops and office spaces with all the modern lifestyle amenities. With the sale of 200 residential units, Zeassetz plans to lock the last 16% by May this year and has networked with 1500 unique potential investors and 400+ partners for the project.
