Awfis Indore Centres Double Capacity Within 3 Months
Awfis, India’s flex workspaces have leased a 75,000 sq. ft. area in Indore in line with the company’s aim to meet the burgeoning demand for workspaces in tier 2 markets across the nation. Situated in the commercial business district of Indore, the two centres are located at Winway World Offices and Brilliant Sapphire in Vijay Nagar. Awfis doubled the Vijay Nagar centre capacity to meet the demand of 600+ seats spread across 59,000 sq. ft. for leading IT and consulting firm, owing to its rapid expansion in the city. Awfis centres in Indore are a testament to the growing demand for flex workspaces in Tier 2 markets as Indian Corporates and MNCs facilitate hybrid working and work near home for employees, hence, moving closer to their workforce and available talent pool in these emerging metros. The first centre in Indore went live in June 2022. At the back of strong demand for flex workspaces, Awfis has now built the largest coworking network in the country with 131 centres and 77,500+ seats across 14 cities and will continue to strengthen its foothold across India to establish a network of 200 centres by end of 2022.
