IWG Announces Appointment of Shiven Anand as Head of Franchise Development for India

IWG, flexible workspace organisation, announced the appointment of Shiven Anand as Head of Franchise Development for India with immediate effect. IWG invented the serviced office business model more than 30 years ago and has been continuously building, expanding, and improving it ever since. Partnering with franchise partners is central to IWG’s strategy to scale up locally to meet the burgeoning demand for flexible, local office spaces in India as companies of all sizes embrace hybrid work patterns. Shiven’s newly created role will provide a focus and point of contact for this mandate. Shiven brings with him a depth of experience and expertise, with a stellar career that spans over 15 years and strongly focused on corporate expansion strategy. His rich and diverse experience includes establishing a strong foundation for companies seeking to expand their footprint by developing a robust regional and national franchise networks.
