M.R. Jaishankar CMD Brigade Group Buys Rs 9.82 Cr Bengaluru Property
M.R. Jaishankar, the chairman and managing director of Brigade Group, has purchased a house in Bengaluru for Rs 9.82 crore, according to papers. They showed that the property is located on Palace Road in Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, and spans 4,328 square feet. On April 8, 2022, the sale deed was recorded. According to the paperwork, the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.82 lakh for the property. Brokers estimate that land in the neighborhood sells for between Rs 20,000 and Rs 24,000 per sq ft, depending on the street and plot location.
