315Work Avenue has signed up 1400 seats, spread over 70,000 sq ft with TeamLease, one of India's leading human resource company. This office space is located at Koramangala, Bangalore a prominent business hub in Bangalore that is witnessing sky rocketing commercial growth. The new centre comes with all modern amenities and state-of-the-art facilities and customized spaces. 315Work Avenue currently manages around 30,000 seats spread over 1.5 million sqft across multiple prime locations in Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. The company also plans to add another 1.5 million sqft office space over a period of next 1 year and will add few more cities in the near future, given the high demand for fully managed and flex office solutions.
