Dr. Mohit Ramsinghani Joins Runwal Group as Chief of Sales - MMR
Runwal Group has appointed Dr. Mohit Ramsinghani to help drive expansion. In his capacity as Chief of Sales, Dr. Mohit Ramsinghani will be responsible for the Sales and Distribution of the group for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Dr. Mohit Ramsinghani is a Doctorate in Strategy with Management Degree from IIM Ahmedabad. In a career spanning 18 years, Mohit started as a Private Banker working with banks like HSBC, Barclays, and Indusind Bank and has spearheaded several profitable business models. In his previous assignments, he has helmed key leadership positions in Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, and Radius Developers and has managed previous assignments with revenue to the tune of 60 billion INR and Inventory worth 140 billion INR. Runwal Group is on a growth spree with multiple senior management hires for the business expansion. Since October 2021 on the appointment of Sangeeta Prasad as the Group CEO, Runwal Group has been in the news on expansion. With a robust track record of 50-plus delivered projects with over 20 thousand happy families, Operating in the luxury, premium and large-format townships categories in residential development, Runwal owns and manages the largest retail mall chain in Mumbai with over 2.5 million sq. mt. of Gross Leasable Area that includes R City Mall – which is one of Mumbai's biggest mall, R Mall Mumbai and Thane and R Odeon Mall. It currently manages a portfolio of 14 plus ongoing projects with almost 15 million sq feet under development across Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
